Company Evaluation

Many businesses go along in a rather hit or miss fashion, casting about for ideas to explain why their projects improve or decline, why they are successful or why they fail. Without knowing how to investigate situations, good or bad and get the true facts, a manager is surrounded by unevaluated data. When confronted by matters he doesn’t understand, man tends to accept the first seemingly workable explanation offered. Investigatory technology had not been previously practiced or refined.

Data is evaluated by comparison with what should be happening in that area of the organisation. The departures are noted. The specific area with the most departures is the source of the difficulty. This of course requires an excellent knowledge of the essential basics of organisation and management.

Once the situation is clearly known a program is written to exactly address and handle the difficulty.
