Enetech – (Engineering/Construction subsidiary of Texas Utilities)
Enetech is a major provider of services to government and private utilities companies. During the time Organisation Technology consulted Enetech (about two years) employee numbers grew from 400 to 1400 and revenues increased from $35 million to $250 million. Enetech has won many major utilities related contracts throughout Australia.
Bechtel Pacific – (USA’s largest construction firm) a joint venture construction project of a $1 billion expansion of an aluminium smelter at Gladstone Queensland, Australia.
Organisation Technology assisted in the development of an organisation structure, a performance based reward system and clarified senior management roles and responsibilities. The improved efficiency of operations resulted in savings of many millions of dollars and achieved a completion well inside the contracted target date.

Following a strategic planning session, Kaltech a start up company, became a multi-million dollar international company within 12 months. Now based in Salt Lake City USA, Kaltech services the mining industry throughout Asia, Australia, USA, Canada and South America and is the world’s largest provider of mill maintenance.

National Sterling Financial Management – (Financial services)
This company has experienced astounding growth following the implementation of Organisation Technology consulting services. From a one-person insurance office, National Sterling now has diversified interests including financial planning, brokerage, property development and property investment. The company owns extensive real estate assets in prime business districts of Melbourne and has annual sales of many tens of millions of dollars.
Oyaizu Tea Company – (Tea manufacture and distribution, Shizuoka, Japan)
Since receiving consulting from Organisation Technology, Oyaizu Tea has achieved its highest ever sales and net profit (percent) after nearly 50 years in business. Prior to this, sales had been declining for several years. This result was achieved despite a seriously declining Japanese economy.
