Peter Simpson began Organisation Technology in 1985.
Mr Simpson was in the vanguard of the Quality movement during the early 1980s when he worked on process development and statistical process control for a division of Amatil (one of Australia’s largest companies, now Coca Cola Amatil) saving the company millions of dollars.
By 1985, Peter Simpson was Internal Consultant at Kodak Australia and Lead Quality Auditor. Peter twice won the Kodak Quality Award for assisting Kodak Australia to improve from the most inefficient plant in all of Kodak worldwide to the most efficient.
Some of Mr. Simpson’s management consulting accomplishments include helping Enetech (a subsidiary of Texas Utilities) grow from 400 employees and $35 million in annual income to 1400 employees and $250 million in sales within 2 years, and enabling Bechtel Pacific’s $1billion, 3500 employee, aluminium smelter project in Queensland to finish six months ahead of schedule and $100M under budget.
Organisation Technology has clients in city and country locations across Australia as well as those serviced through offices in Taiwan, India and a forming office in Japan.
Mr. Simpson has a Science Degree from Monash University. He has studied management courses extensively in Australia and the USA.
